Q: Did the book Emotional Intelligence influence you to write Spirit Intelligence™? NEW!
No. I only recently read it after completing Spirit Intelligence™. I started researching empowerment of the whole person, body, mind, emotions and spirit 30 years ago. This was long before Daniel Goleman became popular. His book is excellent and makes interesting reading to learn how our emotions influence the way we behave.

My research has shown that the passion of our emotions is influenced by the power of our spirit, as are sustainable vision, plans and persistence. Our spirit has such a powerful effect on how we think, feel and act.

Q: How are you different from 'feel good' motivators like Anthony Robbins? NEW!
The 'feel good' seminar effect can fade after three weeks. With Spirit Intelligence™ this is not an issue. Through its keys and tools an individual or team can create an actual vision of future success. This is then linked back to present time by a set of graphical plans. This roadmap is supported by the keys to passion and persistence when the going gets tough.

It depends what you mean by religious. Yes, I am in awe of the might of universal intelligence whether you call that God, Allah, Brahma, Jehovah or Great Spirit.

I was brought up as a protestant Christian and have subsequently studied other religions. I regularly meditate.

Star Trek is a great metaphor for leadership, 'To boldly go where no one has gone before'. Making the best Spirit Intelligence™ choices in life often involves courageous decisions, especially if we have to break new ground and take the lead to achieve our visions.

The Matrix is also a powerful metaphorical film. I sometimes joke that it is not a science fiction movie but a documentary on how many people live their lives.

There is a danger that much of our schooling teaches us to learn and repeat second hand thought and historical data to gain high marks and 'pass'.

It is all too easy to fall victim to living our lives to other people's and society's paradigms, visions, agendas, rules, games and norms.
